The Claims Process

Revelation Healthcare makes the claims process easy. That’s because we handle all the work for you. What’s more, you can depend on us to operate swiftly and efficiently and to settle claims promptly.

 

1:
The employee visits their GP
 
2:
The GP refers to a consultant / specialist. When a GP is unsure of where to refer the patient we are able to assist with the names of consultants / specialists and arrange appointments.
 
3:
The employee informs Revelation Healthcare of appointment details.
 
4:
If further diagnostic investigations and/or admission to hospital is required, we will make the necessary arrangements, providing authorisation as appropriate and settling accounts directly with the hospital and consultant.
